These terms and conditions apply to the website of Goldilocks Padala. Please read this statement carefully. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you should not access this site. If you are accessing our site or initiating transactions on our site, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and condions.
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Products and services offered at the Goldilocks Padala Program are available as long as they are on stock. You will be notified thru email for orders which cannot be fulfilled indefinitely or for the time being. Not all products and services are available in all geographical regions.
QUALITY OF DELIVERED PRODUCTS
Products purchased from the Goldilocks Padala Program are fresh and in good condition in accordance with the quality Goldilocks is known for. Each time we deliver your order, we ensure that your recipient thoroughly inspect the product prior to receiving it. If upon inspection, the recipient finds that the product has defects or is not in good order and condition, then, do not accept the item and return it to the Goldilocks store / personnel for immediate refund or replacement. In case, your recipient received an order and finds that the product has defect or is not in good order and condition, you must send us an email at email@example.com or call our Go Delivery line at 888-1-999 within 48 hours.
Goldilocks Padala Program product prices and charges are all in US Dollars.
The product price list in this site reflects the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Prices are frequently updated and subject to modification without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and determine if sale pricing will apply.
PRICING ERROR AND INACCURACY DISCLAIMER
Information at the site may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time (including after you have submitted your order) without prior notice. Please note that such error or inaccuracies may be related to product descriptions, pricing and availability. In the event of a pricing error, we will provide you with the following options: (1) to proceed with the transaction based on the corrected information, or (2) to cancel your transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any error or inaccuracy, you may return the product as an incorrect or defective item.
These terms and other rules and regulations posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of and material available through the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and us with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
In the event that any provision contained in these terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to any law, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of these terms or your use of this site. The waiver by us of one breach or default under these terms shall not constitute the waiver of any subsequent or other breach or default.
Return and Replacement of Order:
Goldilocks Padala Program guarantees products purchased is fresh and in good condition in accordance with the quality Goldilocks is known for. If you or the person receiving your gift is not 100% satisfied we will have your product replaced.
We will surely replace the product if you will inform and return it to us (with its original packaging) within 24 hrs upon delivery on the following conditions:
Quality of product is unsatisfactory (damaged, spoiled, with foreign objects); and
Note: Delayed and/or non-delivery due to unforeseen events like typhoons, floods, earthquakes, and road accidents are excluded from replacement.
Change of Order
We're sorry that its not possible to make changes on nor to cancel your order once you've placed it.If you want to order additional products, please place a new order for these items.
- Customers must order a minimum of USD 30.00 worth of Goldilocks products/packages and will be charged an additional USD 8.00 for delivery.
- Goldilocks Padala delivery is within the NCR and Rizal areas.
- All orders will be accepted daily from 10:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Our lead-time in preparing your orders is 3 days and we will only process it once we receive a confirmation of payment.
- Orders received after 5:00 P.M. will be processed on the next working/business day. For long holidays, particularly during the Christmas and Lenten Season, orders received shall be processed the next working/business day.
- If the recipient is not available once delivery has been made we will leave the products/packages with any member of the family/close relative or neighbor residing in your area provided he/she could present an email confirmation or transaction number.

unavailable at selected areas or delivery timing may be affected due to
bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
