  • Your account in Goldilocks Padala is your passport to convenient and secure online ordering. The personal information that you provide when you register will help us cater your needs and wants, and give a more personalized level of service.

  • Goldilocks Padala in an online ordering of bakeshop and foodshop products for all Filipinos working abroad. Through the Goldilocks Padala on-line, we can help you express your thoughtfulness to your loved ones in the Philippines.

  • Customer who is residing abroad (around the world) and who wishes to purchase Goldilocks products as a gift to their families and friends here in the Philippines.

  • Membership is absolutely free of charge. To register click on “Register” icon on the Goldilocks Padala (padala.goldilocks.com.ph) home page. Carefully fill-out the registration form, because all items with red asterisk sign (*) are fields that you are require to answer. It is also a must to activate your account by clicking the link sent to your email address before you can place your order.

  • - If you have forgotten your username or password, you can retrieve it by clicking the “Forgot Password” icon in the Log-In portion.

    - You will receive an email link to reset your password.

Placing an order

  • - You can search for the product of your choice in two ways. You can either use the (1) Search Box Tool, or you can also use (2) the Padala Product

    - To use the Search Box Tool, just enter product name or key word/s in the white box provided for, and then click on the product you desire on the drop down. It will then show you results of your search and you can start ordering online. Key word/s that are in reference to the product that you are looking for.

    - To use Padala Product, position your cursor over the category of your choice, Bakeshop, Foodshop or Packages.  This will allow you to view the products under that category; this will then show you the product items in your chosen category.  You are now ready to go online shopping.

  • - This is the best part, making your online order. Browse through the products and go to the item of your choice. To know more about the product, you can click on the product name or on the image of the product. If you want to purchase it, click on “Add to Tray” icon. The item will automatically be added to your Tray, where you will be able to view all the items you have picked.

    - On your “My Tray” you can click “X” to delete the item. You can also change the quantity and edit Greeting Message and Gender (applicable on some products only) but make sure to click Apply Changesto update your tray. You have the option to continue shopping or to “Confirm and Proceed to Delivery” when you are done ordering.

    - You will then be asked to log-in using your username and password. If you have not registered yet, click on the “Register Now” icon. Please refer to the section “Registration” for details on how to register.


  • - Not all Goldilocks Products are available for delivery, you cannot order for Goldilocks products that not available on our website.

    - All packages are fixed and cannot be replaced with another item

  • - You will then be directed to “Select Purchase Options”. You have two options on how to send your order to your recipients. You can either choose (1) Delivery, or you can also choose (2) Pick-up.

    - To use the Delivery service, just provide all recipients’ details being asked for, please note that this is only applicable at selected cities, areas, locations and streets within Metro Manila only.

    - To use the Pick-up service, just like delivery, provide all necessary information of recipient being asked for. Your order can be picked-up by your recipient or anyone from your loved ones and friends here in the Philippines. However, this service is only participated by selected Goldilocks stores. Below is the list of Goldilocks stores per area for your reference.

  • Credit Card Payment - three (3) days lead-time is required to process your order. 

    Remittance Payment - four (4) days lead-time is required to process your order. 

    *For both delivery and pick-up.

  • After doing these and providing all necessary information is in order, click on “Proceed to Payment and Billing” Please note that if you choose Delivery, an additional $8.00 delivery charge will be added on the total amount of your billing.

  • - You may pay your order using your (1) Credit Card, Goldilocks Padala accepts Visa, Mastercard, JCB or any international credit card. (2) Remittance Payment - pay for your Goldilocks purchase over-the-counter by simply printing out the reference number and presenting it to any of our accredited agent.

    - The prices reflected on our website is in US Dollars. You will get charged in US Dollars or other currencies depending on your location, vary in currency conversion rates that depend on the issuing bank or Credit Card Company at the time of settlement. Please take note that actual conversion is done by the issuing bank upon settlement and NOT by Goldilocks Padala

    -  Provide now the billing address information, if your billing address is actually the same with what you have provided on the account information just click the “Use my Default Billing Details” icon.

    -  Click the “Confirm and Proceed to Order Summary” you will now be able to view your order summary and recipient’s details that you have provided earlier.

    -   If you find the order summary okay and without any discrepancies, click on “Confirm and Proceed to Payment

    -  You will then be directed to our “Payment Gateway”you may now provide all payment details and credit card information being asked for.

After your order is confirmed

  • - You will receive a confirmation email indicating the summary of your order and stating that your order has been “Approved”. Please note down your Sales Order (SO) Number because you will be asked for this information in case you have an inquiry about your order.

    - You should also forward this email to your recipient as a proof of order.

    - Also if this is your first time to order in Goldilocks Padala, there are some cases that the emails we’re sending you are sometimes fall in your SPAM folder.

    - If you did not receive confirmation to your email, please notify us via email at gbsi.padala@goldilocks.com.ph

  • - The confirmation email advising Transaction Approval signifies that your credit card has been accepted by the card company and that your bank has already ear-marked from your account the order that you have made. At this point, you are no longer allowed to cancel your order in the same manner that a credit card has already been swiped during any physical credit card transaction.

    - Goldilocks Padala does not accept refund of orders. For more information on these policies, please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer notices.

    - Goldilocks Padala however, may replace products ordered should we determine and evaluate that the products has been damaged and/or are unsatisfactorily released, handled and delivered, beyond the control and knowledge of the recipient. The products should be returned back in its original packaging to the Goldilocks servicing store.
